The Fermentary is back in the country where we started, just outside of Daylesford in the old abattoir on Leitches Creek Road.
We are surrounded by beauty (and a shit heap of mess as our the owner of the ab. clears away years of bricks and metal that he's been using the ab for.) The inside is shiny lovely kitchen fermentary though!
For any city pick ups for bulk purchases, SCOBY or fermenting paraphernalia we can make arrangements for you to pick up from our porch in Fitzroy North.
Otherwise mail order would be your best option.
