We are a veteran chef, a passionate fermenter and a team of fermie nerds focused on bringing the best and most honest ferments from Daylesford to wherever you are. 

We produce all natural, slow fermented food and drink for retail, cafe's and restaurants, catering, home delivery and pick up.  We love to teach all about what we do, evangelically helping to revive small scale food appreciation through our own food production, workshops, social media and a book coming out next year.
